A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested within 30 days from the date your product was shipped from our warehouse. Items arriving at our warehouse without a Return Authorization Number may be refused.

All items must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of issuing a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 15 days will be refused.

Returned products must be complete and undamaged by the customer. Proof of purchase must be included. Pack returns securely to insure the safe return of the product. Return postage must be paid by the customer. If the item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected.

WARRANTY FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS:
Watermen Art warrants against product defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement product will not be shipped until the original item is received and tested. Once the item has been confirmed defective or unsatisfactory, and all components are accounted for, the replacement item will be shipped. Watermen Art will reimburse the customer for their shipping costs (for standard shipping) and pay for the shipping of the replacement part. Any deviation from the return policies and procedures as described above under “RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES” will result in a delay of your credit or possibly a cancellation of your return request.
PRODUCT HANDLING:
Any unauthorized adjustment, modification or alteration to a Watermen Art product by the customer will VOID the warranty and money back guarantee. Any product which has been damaged due to obvious improper packaging or handling by the customer will be returned with no CREDIT or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT GIVEN.
ERRORS:
Watermen Art reserves the right to correct clerical or stenographic errors or omissions. This information is subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Watermen Art will accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please do not send cash. Shipment will be initiated after payment has been approved or check has been received.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax of 7.75% is applicable only if shipments are to a California address and the purchase is not for resale purposes.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Domestic shipping options will be displayed in your shopping cart before your purchase. For international orders, the customer will pay twenty percent of the total purchase price toward shipping and handling. Watermen Art will pay the remainder of the shipping costs.
